I have over 30 years experience in Residential Maintenance & Remodeling. Besides fixing up my own residential income properties over the last 15 years,I was a licensed residential & commercial roofing contractor in AZ starting in 1986. Since I work alone, there are limitations to what I can/will do, but there is "no job too small." I specialize in Interior Painting, Minor Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry. I also sand and refinish doors, install doorbells, repair & replace plumbing fixtures, repair & replace lights and sockets, install baseboards and hardwood flooring, build wood, aluminum & vinyl fences, replace ceiling fans, and just about anything else you can think of. My rates start at $30 per hour with a $50 minimum. Plumbing & Electrical & Carpentry are slightly higher, because of the risk they pose to me. |
