Our Condo was just re-painted and looks brand new.  You can rent it for $120 per weeknight or $150 per weekend night.  Daily rental includes daily maid service.  Our weekly rate is $900 when it includes 1 weekend.  For $100 more you can rent it by the month.  Monthly rentals include 2 maid services and some complimentary meals at the onsite restaurants.

    Our Condo is also for sale.  The all cash price is $169,900.  The seller finance price is $189,900 with 20% down with the balance carried for 3 yrs at 6% interest.
